Return Policy

We are proud of our Crypton collection and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Crypton product, then we will gladly provide a merchandise exchange or refund for many of our products within 30 days of receipt. See below for product specific return policies. If you have determined that your product is returnable, then complete the following steps to initiate a return:

NOTE: If you checked out as a guest then you must first request a password reset. To reset your password, visit the Change Your Password page.

1. Sign in to Crypton Store, then go to My Account. 
2. Click Completed to see a list of all completed orders.
3. Find the order you wish to return, then click Return Item(s) next to View Order Details.
4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
1. Quantity to return
2. Return reason
3. Return action (optional)
4. Comments (optional)
5. Click Submit Return Request.
